Office Networking |

We were asked us to configure a
complete office network utilising Broadband for
instant email access and additionally to include
inter-office connectivity using secure VPN access
via Broadband. We were also asked to supply two
IC-XPCs. The Client also required a wireless network
solution and fully automated anti-virus protection.
In addition, we configured access, via Terminal
Services, for remote administration so we can ensure
both Windows and Symantec Anti-Virus are fully up-to-date. |

Software Development |

This Client required assistance
with development of their core product making use
of VB, SQL Server 2000, Citrix and COM+. They also
require us to provide complete project management
and development for their contract to provide software
for ntl: call centre applications, utilising VB,
Oracle and AS400 skills. This work is currently
ongoing and we are assisting the sales and implementation
phase of their product within the market place.
We were also asked to supply a number of IC-XPCs
for use by their development staff. |

This Client asked us to provide
full network support and maintenance for their network.
This is a multi-platform network comprising Windows
NT Server, 2000 Server, 2003 Server, with clients
running Windows 98, 2000 and XP. We also manage
Exchange Server 5.5, a BT kilostream to one of their
customers, CISCO router configuration (including
IOS) and full multi-domain support. In addition
we are tasked with providing full 24/7 support cover
for their main customer to ensure that any software
/ system issues were quickly diagnosed and promptly
rectified. |

ICT Suite Overhaul |

This Client tasked us with overhauling
their entire ICT suite and all computers in each
classroom and provide a new server. We had to supply
and install two dual-processor servers, utilising
Windows 2003 Server, and re-install and configure
all 50 client PCs using Windows XP. This included
full Active Directory Management, Anti-Virus automation
and Microsoft Office. In addition all educational
software had to be configured along with print management
software for quotas. We also updated the administrative
services network including the SIMS software package. |

both telephone and remote support, in addition to
weekly maintenance tasks and system health checks.
The Client also requires advice for all IT requirements
and training forums for users on the Microsoft Office
