iridium offer free site surveys for Projector & Whiteboard
Installations, Classroom Refurbishment, Networking and Server/Infrastructure
Upgrades.
iridium is able to provide a high quality telephone support
service from trained technicians to educational establishments
seeking advice, prices or quotations relating to suitable
hardware and software products in schools administration
and curriculum areas.
- Step 1
In response to a school's enquiry for a hardware or software
price quotation, the school will be contacted by a qualified
technical helpline officer who will then discuss in detail,
the school's requirements.
- Step 2
Should an educational establishment wish to proceed, a
quotation will be raised, and will be forwarded, via email
or post to the point of contact. iridium will endeavour
to provide customers with a quotation within two working
days. However, delays may occur during busy periods or
where more complex quotations and orders are required
- this will be advised at the time of enquiry.
- Step 3
If the quotation is accepted, an official Purchase Order
is required from the school. Schools will be immediately
informed of any changes to the specification of equipment
or price alterations. It is estimated delivery time will
be within ten to fifteen working days of the order being
received by iridium.
- Step 4
iridium will contact the school to confirm delivery, and
arrange installation if required. iridium aim to process,
from original order to delivery of goods within fifteen
working days. It is anticipated the installation of hardware
will take place approximately three working days after
delivery of equipment.
Finance
iridium also offers simple equipment finance solutions
to help spread the cost of any large purchases that a school
undertakes, by providing a rental agreement over a three
or five year period. This can be payable on a monthly, quarterly
or annual basis dependant entirely upon the preference of
each educational establishment.
